Description

Caramel, nuts, and tonnes of chocolate- we broke down the Snickers formula down to its bare essentials and built up a masterpiece that perfectly encapsulates the flavor of the beloved candy bar. We start with a basic almond Dacquoise cake that is defined by its soft and spongy texture. The body of the cake is moistened by a milk parfait filling. The core is then covered in a thick layer of Nutella and Caramel mousse that is embedded with hazelnuts to add some crunch and bite. Topped off with a hypnotic, hazelnut buttercream swirl, on top of which sit milk chocolate squares, delicate white chocolate petals, and angelic gold flakes. We also customize signature cakes per the customer’s request.
