Description

Inspired by the tropical rainforest we have came up with this Tropical Fruit Cake made up with vanilla sponge, cream patisserie, & a colorful selection of handpicked fresh fruits. The fruits consists of dragon fruit, kiwi, apples, mango, raspberry, & blueberry. To give this cake an extra flavoursome experience we added cream on the edges of the cake with pistachio on top and roasted almond flakes on the sides.
